DMCA / Copyright Policy

1. Respect for Intellectual Property

SCALEFEIN respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in content uploaded by users (community posts, images, videos, progress photos, and other user-generated content) in accordance with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").

2. How to Submit a Takedown Notice

If you believe content on SCALEFEIN infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at dmca@scalefein.com including:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised representative
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• The URL or in-app location of the material you claim is infringing
• Your contact information (address, phone number, email)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf

3. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@scalefein.com with your contact details, identification of the removed content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed in error.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Accounts that receive multiple valid copyright infringement notices will have infringing content removed and, upon a second confirmed strike, be permanently suspended from SCALEFEIN, in line with our general three-strike enforcement policy.

5. Reporting Content Directly

You can also report a specific post or upload for copyright infringement using the "Report" option next to that content, or by emailing dmca@scalefein.com with a link to it.
