1. Content Standards

All content uploaded to SCALEFEIN must be fitness and wellness related. You agree NOT to upload, share, or promote:

• Nudity, sexually suggestive, or explicit material of any kind
• Content that is abusive, harassing, or threatening
• Content that promotes harm, self-harm, or dangerous activities
• Misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive information
• Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property

2. Prohibited Program Types

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and account suspension:

• Nudity or adult content — zero tolerance
• "Get rich quick" or financial schemes, crypto promotions, MLM, or any program promising financial returns
• Unsubstantiated health claims or miracle cures
• Programs unrelated to physical fitness, nutrition, or wellness

3. Creator Responsibilities

Creators are solely responsible for the accuracy and safety of their fitness programs. SCALEFEIN is not liable for any injuries resulting from following programs. Always recommend users consult a medical professional before starting any fitness regime.

4. AI Content Moderation

Every video and lesson is reviewed by our AI moderation system before it goes live. If a video violates our guidelines it will be blocked from publishing and the creator will be notified with a reason.

5. Three-Strike Policy

• Strike 1 — Warning issued. The violating video is blocked from publishing.
• Strike 2 — Formal warning. Admin review triggered on all content.
• Strike 3 — Account permanently suspended. All content removed and payouts frozen.

Zero-tolerance violations (e.g. nudity) result in immediate permanent suspension regardless of strike count.

6. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

SCALEFEIN offers auto-renewable subscriptions. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. No refund will be provided for the unused portion of the current subscription period.

7. Payments & Refunds

All purchases are final unless stated otherwise. The platform takes a 25% fee on all creator earnings. Additional processing fees apply at checkout.

8. Account Conduct

You may not create fake accounts, impersonate others, or engage in spam. Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

9. Privacy

We collect and process data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using SCALEFEIN you consent to this data processing.

9a. Minimum Age

SCALEFEIN is not intended for anyone under 13 years old, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not create an account or provide any information to us.

If you believe content on SCALEFEIN infringes your copyright, see our DMCA Policy for the takedown procedure and contact details.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
